Mandatory legal requirements, such as retention periods, remain in effect.

For statistical purposes, www.sisevete.ee collects information about website visitors (number of visitors, visit time, duration, etc.). This information is not linked to a specific individual but provides statistical information that www.sisevete.ee can analyze to improve website functionality. This data is used for marketing and customer service purposes and may be provided to a third party for data processing while maintaining visitor anonymity.
Security and Data Access
Personal data is stored on voog.com servers in the territory of an EU member state or a country that has joined the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred to countries whose data protection level has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to U.S. companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. Access to personal data is available to MTÜ Peipsimaa Tourism and MTÜ Võrtsjärve Kalanduspiirkond employees who may access the data to address technical issues related to event registrations and organization and to provide customer support.
Retention
Upon request for the deletion of personal data, personal data is deleted unless it needs to be retained for accounting or consumer dispute resolution. Personal data is retained for three years. In the case of payments and consumer disputes, personal data is retained until the claim is fulfilled or until the expiration of the limitation period. Personal data required for accounting purposes is retained for seven years.
Deletion
To request the deletion of personal data, please contact us via email at kadri@visitpeipsi.com or kaljuveejaanika@gmail.com. The request for deletion of personal data is processed within one month, and the period for data deletion is specified.
